Carolyn trained under Dr Joe Keaney founder of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (I.C.H.P.).  Carolyn is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Carolyn was initiated into Reiki by Brian McCullen at his Training Centre in Enfield.  Brian has initiated people into Reiki as far away as New Zealand.

Carolyn is also a  member of the Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland (A.R.C.H.T.I.).  The A.R.C.H.T.I. is the register for fully qualified and fully insured Professional Complementary Health Therapists in Ireland. Carolyn offers treatments in a secure and safe environment. She is gentle, compassionate and understanding, her main focus is to help the client heal themselves, mentally, physically and spiritually.
